  • V reakci na protichůdné požadavky na zvýšení bezpečnosti posádky a současnou redukci hmotnosti vozidla byly pro automobilový průmysl vyvinuty oceli s vysokou pevností a dobrou tvařitelností Mezi tyto vysoko pevnostní oceli pak řadíme také TRIP (Transformation Induced Plasticity) oceli. V rámci této práce byly nejprve stanoveny mechanické vlastnosti TRIP oceli již po termomechanickém válcování. Následně byly vzorky austenitizovány a válcovány za studena a poté interkriticky žíhány. Ještě před žíháním byla pro detailní laboratorní průběh provedena počítačová simulace ochlazování jednotlivých vzorků. Po tomto experimentu byly opětovně analyzovány mechanické vlastnosti takto zpracované oceli a porovnány s původním stavem, tzn. po termomechanickém válcování. Pozornost byla věnována především na vyhodnocení mikrostruktur a stanovení tvrdosti, resp. pevnosti tohoto materiálu. (cs)
  • In relation to the contradictory demands on the increase of crew security and contemporary car weight reduction, steels with high and good formability were developed.Among the high strength steels are classified TRIP steels (Transformation Induced Plasticity). The mechanical properties of TRIP steels after thermomechanical rolling were determined first in the laboratory treatment. Then the samples were austenised and cold rolled and after that intercritic annealing. Before annealing the computer simulation of cooling of single samples to detail laboratory process. The experiment mechanical properties of this worked steel was later analyzed and compared with original stage, it means after thermomechanical rolling. The attention was given to microstructure evaluation and determines of hardness, let us say strength of the material.
