  • The paper analyses methods of grain refinement and demonstrates development of structure and properties of metallic materials after severe plastic deformations (SPD). Technology ARB was experimentally verified. True strain has achieved the value 9. Basic relations between magnitude of deformation, grain refinement and resulting mechanical properties were described. Development of structure was verified on low carbon steel. Obtained grain size was around 0,3 m. Properties obtained by tensile test did not achieve the expected value.

  • Článek analyzuje metody zjemnění zrna a demonstruje vývoj struktury a vlastností kovových materiálů po intenzivních plastických deformacích (SPD). Technologie ARB byla ověřována experimentálně. Skutečné napětí bylo objeveno na hodnotě 9. Základní vztah mezi veličinou deformace, zjemněním zrna a výslednými mechanickými vlastnostmi byl opsán. Vývoj struktury byl ověřen na nízkouhlíkové oceli. Získaná velikost zrna byla 0,3μm. Vlastnosti získané tahovou zkouškou neobjevily ošekávanou hodnotu. (cs)
