Description
  • This paper is focused on issues of processing of non-ferrous metals in praktice, namely on Mg-Al-Zn based magnesium allloys with graded Al contents. I tis well known that forming of these alloys is difficult since this feature is cause by thein crystallographic arrangement. Nevertheless, apllication of appropriate methods of forming, such as e.g. some of SPD processes, makes it possible to achieve even in these alloys with comparatively very low formability very good results with orientation on thein final mechanical properties, not only stregth but also proven plastic properties. Methods ARB a ECAP(ECAE) were used in the described experiment.

  • Příspěvek je zaměřen na problematiku zpracování neželezných kovů v praxi, konkrétně hořčíkových slitin na bázi Mg-Al-Zn s odstupňovaným obsahem Al. Tato slitiny jsou známé svou obtížnou tvařitelností která plyne jejich krystalografického uspořádání. Nicméně při využití vhodných metod tváření, jako je například některého z SPD procesů, lze dosáhnout i u těchto slitin s poměrně nízkou tvařitelností velice dobrých výsledků při zaměření na jejich finální mechanické vlastnosti, a to nejen pevnostní ale jak je prokázáno i plastické. V experimentu bylo využito metod ARB a ECAP(ECAE). (cs)
