  • The paper analyses methods of grain refinement and demonstrates development of ultrafine grains structure and properties of low carbon steel after ARB deformations. ARB technology was experimentally verified. True strain has archived the value around 9. Basic relations between magnitude of deformation, grain refinement and resulting mechanical properties were described. Development of structure was werified on low carbon steel. Obtained grain size was around 0,3 m. Properties obtained by tensile test did not achieve the expected value.

  • Článek analyzuje metody jemnění zrna a demonstruje vývoj ultrajemné struktury a vlastností nízkouhlíkové oceli po ARB deformacích. Technologie ARB byla experimentálně ověřena. Skutečná deformace byla objevena při hodnotě 9. Základní vztahy mezi veličinou deformace, zjemněním zrna a výsledními mechanickými vlastnostmi byly popsány. Vývoj struktury byl ověřen na nízkouhlíkové oceli. Získaná velikost zrna asi 0,3μm. Získané vlastnosti tahovou zkouškou neobjevily očekávanou hodnotu. (cs)
