  • Rezistivita je jedním z termofyzikálních parametrů, které sehrávají důležitou roli ve zpracování a následném využití materiálu. Teplotní závislost rezistivity je využívána v matematických modelech a teoretických výpočtech ohřevu materiálu. Na katedře tepelné techniky bylo sestaveno experimentální zařízení, které je schopné měřit rezistivitu do teploty 1200 °C pro pevné elektricky vodivé materiály. Zařízení využívá metodu přímého elektrického ohřevu. Rezistivita je vypočtena ze znalostí průřezové plochy a délky vzorku, procházejícího proudu vzorkem a napětí na vymezeném úseku. Při snímání dat se využívá LabView systém řízení. Jsou porovnávány rezistivity dvou vzorků oceli stejného chemického složení, avšak z různých míst plynule lité bramy. Výsledky jsou diskutovány. Pomocí Franzova-Wiedemannova vztahu je rovněž určen součinitel tepelné vodivosti. (cs)
  • Electrical resistivity is one of the thermophysical quantities, which takes important function in processing and next material utilization. Temperature dependences of electrical resistivity are widely use in mathematical models and theoretical calculations of material heating. There is original equipment at Department of Thermal Technology, VSB - Technical University of Ostrava, which measure the electrical resistivity from room temperature to 1200 deg. C rod solid electrical conductive materials. This experimental equipment use steady-state direct resistance heating. Electrical resistivity is calculated from cross section area, heating current and voltage across the specimen length, defined by thermocouples, which are also used as voltage probes. All data used data acquisition system and they are processed by a LabView control system. Temperature dependences of electrical resistivity for 0.2 % C steel are presented. There are compared the specimens from different position in continuous casting blank.
