Description
  • The diffusion joints of Ni/Ni3Al were prepared by electron beam welding in vacuum furnace and diffusion annealing at three different temperatures (1000, 1100 and 1140°C) and for different annealing time. The microstructure properties were investigated before and after diffusion annealing by means of light and scanning electron microscopes. In the context of the concentration changes microstructure changes and Kirkendall voids occurrence were observed. The obtained results were completed by surface topography of Kirkendall voids in etched specimens by atomic force microscopy (AFM).

  • Difuzní spoje Ni/Ni3Al byly připraveny pomocí tavení elektronovým svazkem ve vakuové peci a difuzního žíhání při třech různých teplotách (1000, 1100 a 1140°C) a různých dobách žíhání. Studium mikrostruktury bylo provedeno před a po difuzním žíhání pomocí optického a elektronového skenovacího mikroskopu. V souvislosti se změnou koncentrací byly pozorovány změny v mikrostruktuře a výskyt Kirkendallových pórů. Získané výsledky byly doplněny topografickým studiem povrchu Kirkendallových pórů u leptaných vzorků pomocí metody mikroskopie atomových sil (AFM). (cs)
