Description
  • The refractory metals tungsten and molybdenum are, thanks to their mechanical and physical properties, predestined for high temperature applications, e.g. as function elements in illuminating and electro-vacuum engineering. The properties of these materials are strongly dependent on the structural state that which is a function of both the chemical composition and previous thermo-mechanical treatment. The method of secondary recrystallization utilizes an intense growth of crystal grains under a certain temperature gradient. The aim of the experimental part of this work was to prepare crystals of refractory metals by means of the method of secondary recrystallization, to find convenient conditions ensuring the grain growth and to obtain single crystalline structure of the tungsten and molybdenum fibres.

  • Vysokotavitelné kovy wolfram a molybden jsou, díky jejich mechanickým a fyzikálním vlastnostem, předurčeny pro vysokoteplotní aplikace, tj. jako funkční prvky v elektrovakuových zařízeních. Vlastnosti těchto materiálů jsou silně závislé na strukturním stavu, který je funkcí chemického složení a předchozího tepelně-mechanického zpracování. metoda sekundánrí rekrystalizace využívá intenzivní růst zrn krystalu za určitého teplotního gradientu. Cílem experimentální části této práce bylo připravit krystaly vysokotavitelných kovů pomocí metody sekundární rekrystalizace, nalézt vhodné podmínky zajišťující růst zrn a získat monokrystalickou strukturu W a Mo drátů.
