| - The educational process goes along every human being throughout all his life. It begins with the first knowledge in the frame of a family and a kindergarten. After finishing an obligatory school attendance, it depends on each of us how we will decide to develop our abilities and skills, in which area we will try to find employment in the labour market. This is realized by attending secondary schools and Universities. However, the educational process does not finish with this. It continues again, in the frame of the working process. And, because of the fact that the labour power, whose representative is a human being, is an important productive factor, the long-life education should be not only a need for every employee, but also an important motivation factor of an employer. A well-motivated employee with required skills and abilities represents the basic assumption of a competitiveness enterprise which want to be successful in not always easy conditions of the market economy.
