| - Aktuálním tématem, který může inženýrská geologie přispět potřebám praxe a výzkumu zejména však požadavkům územního plánování, státní správy především stavebních úřadů, stavebníků atd., je analýza nových možností poskytování orientačních informací o inženýrskogeologických poměrech prostřednictvím geografických informačních systémů. Studie v předloženém článku se zabývá zhodnocením dvou z mnohých geofaktorů. Jsou to charakter těžitelnosti hornin a předkvarterního podkladu. Těžitelnost je významným limitujícím faktorem, který ovlivňuje způsob technologie a finanční náročnost zemních prací. Předkvarterní poklad je zejména u náročných staveb geologickým prostředím, se kterým budou přicházet do interakce a musí se s ním počítat při výběru jejich založení. Celý projekt byl rozdělen na pět modelových oblastí (1-5), přičemž publikace hodnotí dílčí modelovou oblast č.1, která je vymezena topografickou mapou v měřitku 1:10 000 (č. mapového listu 15-43-10). Jedna se o oblast Slezské, Moravské Ostravy, Vítkovic a (cs)
- An up-to-date topic with which engineering geology can contribute to the requirements of practice and research, in particularthe needs of land use planning, state administration, building offices, developers, etc. is an analysis of new possibilities of providing reference information on the engineering-geological conditions by means of geographic information systems. The study in the presented paper deals with an evaluation of two geofactors. They are the character of rocks workability and Pre-quaternary bedrock. Workability is a significant limiting factor, which affects the used technology and financial demands of earth work. Especially in case of demanding constructions, the Pre-quaternary bedrock is a geological environment which will have to be interacted with and must be taken into account during selecting engineering foundation. The overall project was divided into five model areas (1-5), while this paper evaluates a partial model area of no. 1, which is defined by topographical map in drawing
