  • In this work the surface topography of aluminium has been in detail studied with the aim of quantification of morphologically different zones initial, smooth, transition and rough zones by means of surface profile parameters Ra and Rz obtained from 24 depth traces. The surfaces have been measured by means of optical profilometer MicroProf FRT that allows research, especially the initial zone that has not been deeply studied and described. From analyses of the parameters Ra, Rq and Rz obtained by means of optical profilometer ? MicroProf FRT, a new way of classification of morphologically different zones on the basis of the quantitative parameters Ra and Rz has been proposed.

  • V práci byla podrobně zkoumána topografie povrchu hliníku s cílem kvantifikace morfologicky různých zón původních, hladkých, přechodných a drsných zón pomocí povrchových profilových parametrů Ra a Rz získaných z hloubky 24 stop. Povrchy byly měřeny pomocí optického profilometru MicroProf FRT, který umožňuje výzkum, zejména pokud jde o původní zónu, která nebyla hluboce studována a popsána. Pomocí analýzy parametrů Ra, Rq a Rz získaných pomocí optického profilometru - MicroProf FRT byl navržen nový způsob klasifikace morfologicky různých zón na základě kvantitativních parametrů Ra a Rz.
