Description	The objective of the project was a laboratory check of biodegradation of sediments contaminated by PAU, PCB and NEL. For the laboratory check, pure bacterial cultures of Rhodococcus sp. and Pseudomonas putida have been used. It is apparent from the laboratory experiments results that after one-month bacterial leaching, applying the bacterium of Rhodococcus sp. there is a 96 % removal of NEL, a 91 % removal of PAU and a 50 % removal of PCB. Applying a pure culture of Pseudomonas putida there is a 51 % removal of NEL, a 78 % removal of PAU and a 57 % removal of PCB. (en) Cílem práce bylo laboratorní ověření biodegradace sedimentů kontaminovaných PAU, PCB a NEL. Byly použity čisté bakteriální kultury Pseudomonas putida a Rhodococcus sp. Z dosažených výsledků vyplynulo, že po měsíci působení bakterií Rhodococcus sp. bylo ze vzorku odstraněno 96 % NEL, 91 % PAU a 50 % PCB. Po měsíci působení bakterií Pseudomonas putida bylo ze vzorku odstraněno 51 % NEL, 78 % PAU a 57 % PCB. (cs)
