Description	Ekonomický model obslužnosti mestské aglomerace (cs) In the whole number of regions of the Czech Republic, especially in the Ostrava region or in North Bohemia they comes to the significant phasing out of the industrial production and closing of mining capacities. It has naturally the special impacts connected with the releasing of the employees, decreasing of the purchase capability, cancellation of schools, shops and hospitals etc. At the same time, the number of inhabitants of the towns of these problem regions (but not only of them) remains the same, in a substance.
