Description	During the radiotherapy treatment anatomical changes of inner structures can happen. The changes can occur due to tumor mass reduction, swelling, as a result of after-radiating reaction or due to weight loss. These facts lead to a change of the dose distribution and to danger of under-radiating of the center or radiating of healthy tissues. Solution in these cases is a rescheduling according to a new CT screening. The aim of the work is an algorithm design and its realization for evaluation of changes of inner structures layout in the picture and providing of experimental measuring on real data. The algorithm was designed and realized in the system MATLAB and with its help it is possible to compare target volumes.
