Development is buckthorn from analyses, over proposal, implementation and resulting testing application, thereby try cast over whole problems software engineering. System consists of the three main parts ? PC application, mobile application and database server. System works offline, whereas synchronization mobile arrangement with data in database is made only in agency by the help of technology USB, Bluetooth or WiFi. Software layer synchronization administration data is based on technologies ADO .NET and Linq.
