  • Článek se zabývá možným užitím postupů multikriteriální rozhodovací analýzy (MCA) v oblasti elektroenergetiky. Jedná se o řešení rozhodovacích úloh v rámci elektrických distribučních sítí, konkrétně spočívajících v určení optimálního pořadí náhrady zastaralých ručně ovládaných úsečníků dálkově ovládanými spínacími prvky, jako jsou DO vypínače schopné vypínání zkratových proudů. Pro snadnější aplikaci postupů MCA se nabízí podpůrné programy jako jsou MCA8 a Expert Choice. (cs)
  • This paper deals with possible utilisation of procedures of the multi-criteria analysis (MCA) in the field of electrical power engineering. This industry, the field of power distribution networks, to be more specific, is currently concerned with following type of decision making task. The solution of this task deals with determination of optimum order for replacement of selected manually operated switch-disconnectors (section switches) with remote controlled elements within outdoor medium voltage network. These elements include the remote controlled switch-disconnector and circuit-breaker (so called Recloser), which is the switch, able to disconnect short circuit currents. With respect to the higher cost of such remote controlled elements, we need to emphasize that those be implemented where most required. That is always subject to findings the proper methodology used in selection of the most convenient locations for installation. Solution to this problem is likely to be done using the MCA and various
