| - Na naší laboratoři biomedicínského inženýrství je vyvíjen a realizován systém vzdálené domácí péče o seniory. Je to monitorovací sytém základních životních funkcí samostatně bydlících seniorů. V rámci systému nejsou monitorovány pouze standardní biosignály, které nám mohou poskytnout užitečnou informaci o změnách zdravotního stavu monitorované osoby. Cirkadiální rytmus je metodou reprezentace informací o pohybu osoby v bytě v průběhu jednoho dne. Monitorování cirkadiálních rytmů je velice užitečné. Každý z nás má svůj vlastní rytmus. Tento rytmus je více periodický pro starší osoby ? seniory. V případě, že dojde ke změně v cirkadiální rytmu, můžeme usuzovat na zdravotní problém. Tento článek pojednává o navržených a testovaných druzích hardware pro zjištění pohybové aktivity monitorované osoby v bytě, jejich výhodách a nevýhodách. Další část tohoto článku je zaměřena na metodiku interpretace změřených údajů o pohybové aktivitě monitorované osoby ? konstrukci cirkadiálních rytmů. (cs)
- The HomeCare system is designed, developed and realized in our biomedical engineering laboratory. It is remote monitoring system of base life functions, primarily designed for elderly alone living people. But not only standard biosignals like ECG and others can give us information about changes in state of health of monitored person. One of the possible monitored values can be %22circadian rhythm%22. The circadian rhythm represents for us the processing of measurement of flat user´s movement monitoring in his flat during 24 hours. The monitoring of this flat user´s motion activity in HomeCare systems could be very usable. Each man has own circadian movement rhythm. This day rhythm is periodical for elderly people. In case this rhythm is changed, we can deduce some heath problem will occur. This article is focused on designed and tested hardware monitoring methods of movement monitoring and their advantages and disadvantages.
