Description
| - The new efficient method of modeling and thermodynamic analysis of power engineering systems has been presented. With its help it is possible comparison of different structures and investigation of the influence of a particular constituent process onto the whole system efficiency. The shaft work or the exergy is the main thermodynamic quantity taken into account in analyzes. In the following the universal modeling approach using dimensionless parameters will be presented, but also the exergy analysis and rating of heat exchange processes. In the past there were problems while applying the exergy method of thermodynamic analysis to some typical technological processes, because the created exergy efficiency quotients not always were inside the only logical numerical value range between zero and one. Using the algorithm of the so?called thermodynamic effectivity this problem has been overwhelmed.
