Description
  • The main scope of the paper is to show some possibilities of rolling contact simulations in elastic and elastoplastic domain. Solved cases of rolling/sliding line contact correspond with prepared experiments. Two-dimensional finite element and boundary element analyses were performed for the case of two elastic bodies with Coulombs friction law assumption and results were compared with the known analytical solution. In elastoplastic domain FEM was applied only involving elastic shakedown, plastic shakedown and ratcheting effect. The contact stresses were always derived from previous numerical analysis using augmented Lagrangian method. Then, rolling process was simulated by moving distribution of normal and shear stresses on the exterior surface of the wheel model. The tangential forces were assumed to be proportional to the applied pressure. The Besseling?s multilinear kinematic hardening model, the Chaboche?s nonlinear kinematic hardening model included in Ansys and the nonlinear kinematic hardening

  • Hlavní část článku se věnuje možnosti výpočtů v elastické a elastoplastické oblasti. Řešené případy odvalování (s prokluzem) odpovídají připravovaným experimentům. Dvourozměrná MKP úloha a analýza BEM byla provedena pro případ dvou elastických těles s Coulombovým třením. Výsledky numerického řešení byly porovnány s analystickým řešením. (cs)
