Description	Many articles and publications exist about problems of brownfields. In the beginning the focus was on environmental issues connected with industrial activities, then the focus shifted towards spatial and technical questions to economical and social dimmensions. This article discusses mainly pedagogic aspects. Its goal is not to define, classify or regenerate brownfields, but to discuss the question if brownfield issues interest young people, especially university students. The article presents main ideas of the Czech Brownfields Partnership project which creates a network of persons involved in browfield issues and interconnects these with students' activities. The paper presents a description of activities, expectations towards these activitites, real experiences, the willingness of various actors to take part in them, and lessons learnt Examples of various activities' results are shown. In the end selected findings from the project were assessed and generalized with special focus on the paedagogic dimmensions of the brownfield problematic.
