Description
| - One of the method which is currently used to determine the estimated value of real estate appraisers and experts (in the specialization of economy-priced real estate and estimates), is the comparative method. In this method applies, inter alia, coefficient K6, which is reduced by comparison price determined based on expert judgment, or technical expert's opinion (estimator) with respect to external factors, which are not punishable under this method otherwise. The authors of this paper is to provide an alternative method of determining this coefficient method which can substantially eliminate subjective perception and objective to help determine the value of this coefficient. For determination was used method of risk analysis and applied SWOT analysis.
