Description
| - The development of the computer and information technologies allows for consideration the transition from current structural reliability methods applied in the codified design to probabilistic methods based on simulation technique and applicable in the designer's everyday work. This paper focuses on one of such methods, SBRA (Simulation-Based Reliability Assessment) [1], using the Monte Carlo simulation technique and non-traditional representation of all random variable input quantities including loading. The problems related to the load effects combinations, definition of the reference function and reliability evaluation are addressed and the expansion of SBRA from components to systems is indicated.

- Vývoj počítačových a informačních technologií dovoluje uvažovat o přechodu od současných metod posudku spolehlivosti konstrukcí uplatněných v návrhu podle norem k pravděpodobnostním metodám založeným na simulační technice a aplikovatelným v každodenní činnosti projektantů. Příspěvek se zaměřuje na jednu takovou metodu - metodu SBRA, používající Monte Carlo simulační techniku a netradiční reprezentaci všech náhodných proměnných vstupních veličin včetně zatížení. Otázky týkající se kombinace účinků zatížení, definice referenčních funkcí a hodnocení spolehlivosti jsou vyzdviženy a rozšíření metody SBRA od komponentů k systémům je naznačeno. (cs)
