  • Fosfolipidový signální systém je důležitou součástí signálních přenosů u eukaryot. U rostlin hraje klíčovou roli nejen v růstu a vývoji, ale také při odezvě rostlin na stres včetně napadení patogeny. Sledována byla účast fosfolipasy C (PLC, EC 3.1.4.11) a fosfolipasy D (PLD, EC 3.1.4.4) při časné odezvě Brassica napus na chemické induktory systémově získané resistence (SAR): kyselinu salicylovou (SA), benzothiadiazol (BTH) a na induktor indukované systémové resistence (ISR), metyljasmonát (MeJA). Byla zjištěna rychlá aktivace in vitro aktivity PLC a tří enzymaticky rozdílných forem PLD: PLD alfa, PLD beta/gama (PLD závislá na fofatidylinositol- 4,5- bisfosfátu (PIP2)) a oleátem stimulované PLD delta. Nejsilnější odezva byla zjištěna v případě cytosolické PLD beta/gama po ošetření BTH. PLD delta 7 byla identifikována v listech B. napus a byla velmi rychle aktivována ošetřením MeJA. Nárůst obsahu proteinu byl zjištěn pouze u PLD beta/gama a delta po indukci ISR, a to později než byla zaznamenána jej... (cs)
  • Phospholipid signaling is an important component in eukaryotic signal transduction pathways. In plants, it plays a key role in growth and development as well as in responses to environmental stresses, including pathogen attack. We investigated the involvement of both phospholipase C (PLC, EC 3.1.4.11) and D (PLD, EC 3.1.4.4) in early responses to the treatment of Brassica napus plants with the chemical inducers of systemic acquired resistance (SAR): salicylic acid (SA), benzothiadiazole (BTH), and with the inducer mediating the induced systemic resistance (ISR) pathway, methyl jasmonate (MeJA). Rapid activation (within 0.5–6 h treatment) of the in vitro activity level was found for phosphatidyl inositol 4,5 bisphosphate (PIP2)-specific PLC (PI-PLC) and three enzymatically different forms of PLD: conventional PLDα, PIP2-dependent PLD β/γ, and oleate-stimulated PLDδ.
