  • Transgenní Pssu-ipt tabák se zvýšeným obsahem endogenních cytokininů, pěstovaný v in vitro podmínkách, vykazuje ve srovnání s netransgenním tabákem zvýšené aktivity antioxidačních enzymů (tj. katalasy, askorbátperoxidasy, quaiacol a syringaldazinperoxidasy, glutationreduktasy) a některých anaplerotických enzymů jako je glukoza-6-fosfátdehydrogenasa, glykolátoxidasa, NADP-jablečný enzym, NADP-isocitrátdehydrogenasa a glutamátdehydrogenasa. Vyšší aktivity peroxidas, NADP-jablečného enzymu a glutamátdehydrogenasy zůstaly u transgenních roubů zachovány i po několika týdnech kultivace v ex vitro podmínkách, zatímco transgenní kořenící rostliny vykazovaly pouze zvýšenou aktivitu glykolátoxidasy ve srovnání s kontrolou. Celkové aktivity superoxiddismutasy byly nižší u obou typů transgenního tabáku než u kontrol. V podmínkách in vitro a ex vitro byla zjištěna přítomnost PR-1 proteinů a proteinů se zvýšenou aktivitou chitinas v extracelulárním tekutině. (cs)

Higher activities of peroxidases, NADP-malic enzyme, and glutamate dehydrogenase were maintained in transgenic grafts after several weeks of the growth under ex vitro conditions, while transgenic rooted plants showed only the increase in activity of glycolate oxidase compared to control non-transformed tobacco.
