Description
  • Quantitative microstructural analysis of a ceramic plasma-sprayed coating is described. Besides globular pores analyzed earlier, in this paper the attention is paid to interlamellar flat pores and the relation between both phases. The algorithm of measuring areas of flat surfaces from serial sections of the specimen was developed. Further quantitative characteristics are developed, based mainly on 3D distance. Interpretations of results in terms of physical background of the material are derived and discussed.

  • V práci je popsána kvantitativní analýza mikrostruktury plazmového nástřiku. Je navázáno na dřívější výsledky týkající se kulovitých pórů a nově jsou k nim přidány ploché mezilamelární póry a oba systémy jsou uvedeny do vztahu. Byl vyvinut algoritmus měřící plochu povrchu pórů ze seriálních řezů vzorku. Byly rovněž použity kvantitativní charakteristiky založeny na vzdálenosti pórů v rekonstruovaném třírozměrném prostoru vzorku. Ze sledovaných vlastností jsou vyvozeny závěry platné pro studium mikrostruktury nástřiku. (cs)
