Description	Lokální měření iontové teploty je možné provést pomocí speciálně upravených sond, které jsou schopny odstranit elektronovou komponentu. Jedna z možností byla navržena Katsumatem a Okazakim(Japan J. Appl. Phys. 6 (1967), 123). V tomto příspěvku jsou ukázány výsledky z měření pomocí modifikované tunelové sondy, tak že využívá podobné techniky jako Katsumata sondy, pro měření kolmé iontové teploty. Paralelní iontovou teplotu měříme pak pomocí segmentované tunelové sondy, tak že poměr iontových nasycených proudů z obou segmentů je úměrný právě této teplotě.
