  • Byly studovány teplotně a opticky vyvolané nevratné změny optické šířky zakázaného pásu a indexu lomu pro sírou bohaté, téměř stechiometrické a sírou chudé Ge-As-S amorfní tenké vrstvy připravené vakuovým napařováním. Najcitlivějším složením k osvětlení se jeví téměř stechiometrická tenká vrstva. Největší teplotně vyvolané zvětšení šířky zakázaného pásu a současně značné snížení indexu lomu bylo pozorováno u sírou chudé amorfní tenké vrstva. (cs)
  • Thermally and optically induced irreversible changes in the optical gap and refractive index were studied for sulphur rich, nearly stoichiometric and sulphur poor Ge-AS-S amorphous films prepared by thermal evaporation. The most senditive composition to illumination seems to be nearly stoichiometric film. Highest thermally induced blue shift of the gap and simultaneous nearly ,,giant%22 decrease in refractive index were observed for sulphur poor amorphous fim.
