  • Byly studovány fotofyzikální vlastnosti fotodynamických sensibilizátorů, sodných solí hydroxyhlinitých sulfonovaných ftalocyaninů obsahujících 1 až 4 sulfonové skupiny. Výsledky uvedené v tomto článku nedávají přímou odpověď na otázku týkající se aplikace hydroxyhlinitých sulfonovaných ftalocyaninů ve fotodynamické terapii. Avšak, vezmeme-li v úvahu celkové vlastnosti sloučenin, které byly studovány (rozpustnosti ve vodě a fyziologických roztocích, kvantový výtěžek fluorescence, vznik diméru, atd.), pouze Al(OH)PcS1 se nehodí pro fotodynamické aplikace. (cs)
  • Photophysical properties of photodynamic sensitizers, sodium salts of hydroxyaluminum phthalocyanine sulfonates containing 1 to 4 sulfonate groups, were studied. The results reported in this paper do not provide a direct answer to the question concerning applicability of hydroxyaluminum phthalocyanine sulfonates in photodynamic therapy. However, taking into account a total of properties of the compounds under examination (solubility in water and physiological solutions, quantum yield of fluorescence, dimer formation, etc.), only Al(OH)PcS1 appears unsuitable.
