Description	Ordered polybutadiene-diols with mesogenic groups in side chains were prepared by the reaction of thiol with double bonds of polybutadiene. Their structure was investigated by DSC, polarizing microscopy, WAXS and dielectric relaxation spectroscopy in a broad temperature and frequency regions.
