Description
| - Studie je věnována pigmentům o různém chemickém složení a různé morfologii částic povrchově modifikovaných vrstvou polyanilinu jako anitikorozních inhibitorů v nátěrech. Ty byly připraveny na základě pigmentů spinelového typu, ferritů obsahujících Zn, Mg nebo Ca kationty. Pigmenty byly povrchově modifikovány elektricky vodivým polymerem, polyanilinem, v průběhu oxidativní polymerace anilinu. Modelové nátěrové kompozice byly připraveny na základě roztoků alkydových pryskyřic. Přítomnost polyanilinu ve ferritech zvyšuje účinnost v ochraně proti korozi ve srovnání s pigmenty spinelového typu samotnými. (cs)
- The paper is devoted to pigments of various chemical compositions and particles morphology surface-modified by polyaniline layer as corrosion inhibitors to coatings. They were synthetized of pigments on the spinel base, ferrites with contents of Zn, Mg and Ca cations. These pigments were surface-modified with electrically conductive polymer, polyaniline, by the oxidative polymerization of aniline. The model coatings compositions were formulated using solvent-based alkyd resin. The presence of polyaniline in ferrites has better efficiency in protection against corrosion than spinel-type pigments alone.
