Description
  • Cooperativity of hydrogen bonds was studied in the interaction between poly(4-vinylphenol), the OH groups of which were bound to monomeric pyridine-d5, and poly(4-vinylpyridine) in THF. The interaction was found to be non-linearly cooperative, the cooperativity being two-dimensional, i.e. depending both on the chain length and ratio of the reactants. The main mechanism of the cooperativity was found to be the proximity effect.

Interakce se ukázala jako nelineární, přičemž kooperativita byla dvojrozměrná, tj. závislá jak na délce řetězce tak na poměru reaktantů. Jako hlavní mechanismus této kooperativity byl nalezen proximitní efekt. (cs)
