  • Byla připravena a charakterizována řada nových biodegradovatelných hydrofilních polymerů na bázi poly(ethylenglykolu) (PEG) obsahujících enzymově, redukčně a hydrolyticky štěpitelné vazby. Připravené polymery byly použity pro modifikaci nízkomolekulárních léčiv, proteinů a vektorů pro genovou terapii. (cs)
