  • Teoretické výpočty a simulace 13C-{1H} dipolarních spekter pro malé spinové klastry ukázaly, že strukturní parametry (meziatomové vzdálenosti, vzájemná orientace mezijaderných vektorů) mohou být z těchto dipolárních profilů stanoveny. Vysoká selektivita přenosu polarizace zajištěná první vývojovou periodou 1H chemického posunu ve 2D korelačním experimentu umožňuje změřit bipolární profily pro každý detekovaný 1H-13C spinový pár. Možnost přesného měření meziatomových vzdáleností tak byla potvrzena. (cs)
  • Theoretical calculation and analysis of 13C-{1H} dipolar spectra of small-size spin clusters demonstrated that the structural parameters such as interatomic distances as well as mutual orientation of internuclear vectors can be derived from the dipolar profiles of simple spin clusters. Enhanced selectivity of LG-CP transfer due to the initial 1H chemical-shift-evolution period in 2D HETCOR experiment makes it possible to construct the dipolar spectra from 1H-13C cross-peak intensities for every detected 1H-13C spin-pair. Consequently determination of accurate distance restraints was verified.
