Description
| - A new class of soluble phthalocyanines was synthesized and their electrical properties were studied. Their UV-VIS spectra consist of two strong Q and Soret bands at about 650 – 800 and 300 – 400 nm, respectively. The energy of the long-wavelength absorption is in good agreement with activation energy of dark conductivity; thus, the band gap energy can be estimated as 1.7 eV. Due to the dissociation of ionic groups, the electrical conductivity is strongly dependent on the air humidity. Because of quite a high charge carrier mobility, of the order 10-3 cm2 V-1 s-1, the phthalocyanines were used for the construction of field-effect transistors.

- Nová skupina rozpustných ftalocyaninů byla syntetizována a studovány jejich elektrické vlastnosti. UV-VIS spektra sestávají ze silného Q a Soretova pásu s maximy při 650-800 a 300-400 nm. Energie dlouhovlnné absorpce je v dobrém souhlasu s aktivační energií temnotní vodivosti; energie zakázaného pásu byla takto určena jako 1,7 event. Vzhledem k disociaci iontových skupin, elektrická vodivost je silně závislá na vlhkosti okolního prostředí. Poměrně vysoká hodnota pohyblivosti nosičů náboje, řádu 10-3 cm2 V-1 s-1 umožnila konstrukci transistorů řízených polem. (cs)
