Description
  • The model of two electronic levels coupled to a single vibrational mode, which dissipates its energy to a bath, is studied theoretically by means of quantum master equation. It is shown that the rate constant of excited-state decay exhibits strong resonant peaks for integer values of the ratio of vertical electronic energy and vibrational energy quantum. These results are in agreement with those previously published for the model GaAs quantum dot system and studied by means of the non-equilibrium Green's function method.

  • Model dvou elektronových hladin, interagujících s vibračním módem, který disipuje energii do teplotní lázně, byl teoreticky studován metodou zobecněných řídících rovnic. Bylo prokázáno, že rychlostní konstanta poklesu excitovaného stavu vykazuje silné rezonanční píky pro celočíselný poměr vertikální elektronové energie a vibračního kvanta energie. Tyto výsledky jsou v plném souladu s výsledky již publikovanými pro modelový systém GaAs-kvantové tečky, které byly studovány metodou nerovnovážných Greenových funkcí. (cs)
