| Description
| - The novel approach described was used to characterise the surfactant-hydroxypropyl cellulose, hydroxypropyl methyl cellulose and hydroxyethyl cellulose interaction under several sodium dodecyl sulphate concentrations using size exclusion chromatography with online multi-angle light scattering and refractometric detection. This approach yields true molecular masses of both the polymer complex and the polymer itself within the complex, the amount of surfactant bound into the complex as well as appropriate values values of the dialyzed refractive index increment,(dn/dc).mu., of both the complex and the polymer in question. The inter-chain interactions close to critical aggregation concentration were clearly seen for HPC and HPMC as an almost twofold average increase in polymer molecular mass contained in the complex.

- Gelová chromatografie s duální detekcí rozptylem světla a diferenciálním refraktometrem byla použita k charakterizaci interakce surfaktantu s hydroxypropylcelulózou, hydroxypropylmethylcelulózou a hydroxyethylcelulózou při různých koncentracích dodecylsulfátu sodného. Nový postup poskytuje skutečné molekulové váhy komplexu a polymeru obsaženého v komplexu, množství surfaktantu vázaného v komplexu a odpovídající hodnoty dialýzovaného inkrementu indexu lomu, (dn/dc).mu., jak komplexu tak polymeru vázaného v komplexu. Zřetelná polymer-polymer interakce byla pozorována v okolí kritické agregační koncentrace jako téměř dvojnásobný vzrůst molekulové váhy polymeru vázaného v komplexu. (cs)
