  • Byly syntetizovány a charakterizovány diblokové a multiblokové polymery na bázi PEG obsahující degradovatelné esterové vazby. Zjistili jsme, že rychlost hydrolýzy diblokových polymerů je ovlivněna detailní strukturou esterové vazby. Výsledek této modelové studie může být využit pro návrh struktury biodegradovatelného vysokomolekulárního polymeru pro léčebné aplikace. (cs)
  • Diblock and multiblock PEG-based polymers containing degradable ester bonds were synthesized and characterized. We found that the detailed structure of the ester linkage affects the hydrolysis rate of the diblock polymers. The results of this model study can be utilized in the design of a biodegradable high-molecular-weight polymer for therapeutic applications.
