  • Copper-phthalocyanine and water-soluble sodium hydroxyaluminium phthalocyaninedisulfonate based organic field-effect transistors were prepared by vacuum evaporation and spin coating. The values of charge carrier mobilities were found to be 2.2 x 10-4 cm2V-1./s-1, respectively, the current switching ratio as 2 x 105.

Byly nalezeny hodnoty pohyblivosti nosičů nábojů 2.2 x 10 na -4 cm2 V-1s-1, resp. proudový přepínací poměr 2 x 10 na 5. (cs)
