Description
  • An effective medium theory based on Marcus jump rate equation is formulated to describe nondispersive hopping polaron charge transport in a disordered organic material. The theory was found be in well agreement with relevant experiments and computer simulation data. It is shown that the Poole-Frenkel-type field dependence of mobility occurs when the energetic correlation effects have been taken into account. Our model suggests a possible test for distinguishing between polaron and polaron-free transport in disordered solids.

  • Nedisperzivní přenos náboje zprostředkovaný přeskoky polaronu v neuspořádaném organickém materiálu je popsán teorií efektivního prostředí založenou na Marcusově rovnici pro rychlost přeskoků. Byl ukázán souhlas teorie a relevantních experimentálních a simulačních dat. Pool-Frenkelova závislost pohyblivosti na poli vzniká, pokud musí být vzaty v úvahu energetické korelační efekty. Model otvírá možnosti rozlišení mezi polaronovým a nepolaronovým přenosem v neuspořádaných pevných látkách. (cs)
