Description	The changes in the dynamic structure during thermotropic phase transition in poly(vinyl methyl ether/D 2 O solutions and gels were studied by 1 H NMR methods. Formation of globular structures was found. While for dilute solutions the transition is virtually discontinuous, for semidilute and concentrated solutions, and for swollen networks, its width is several Kelvin broad.
