Description	In the paper, the results of experimental tests of focusing Si(311) monochromators for dedicated strain/stress diffractometer are presented. The results are also compared with those received with conventional mosaic monochromators. It has been found that the figure of merit of the diffractometer equipped with the focusing monochromator could be one order of magnitude higher than that equipped with the mosaic one. (en) V článku jsou prezentovány experimentální výsledky testů fokusujících monochromátorů typu Si(311) pro využití v difraktometru pro měření zbytkových napětí v polykrystalických materiálech. Výsledky získané s fokusujícími monochromátory jsou pak porovnávany s výsledky získanými s klasickými mozaikovými monochromátory. Při použití fokusujícího monochromátoru, efektivita difraktometru může vzrůst až o jeden řád. (cs)
