Description	With the use of new experimental data on the excited states in the Dy nucleus, recently obtained in the investigation of the decay Er Ho Dy, the energies of the positive-parity levels and the structure of 16 rotational bands are theoretically analyzed on the basis of different phenomenological models of the atomic nucleus.
