Description	The problem concerned with Rayleigh-edge wave propagation in thin long-fiber reinforced composite panels is discussed in the paper. The influence of principal material directions on Rayleigh-edge wave velocity is studied. It was found that Rayleigh wave velocity depends significantly on directions of material axes. It was also proven that the problem solved is nondispersive. The problem concerned with Rayleigh-edge wave propagation in thin long-fiber reinforced composite panels is discussed in the paper.
