  • Nanočástice na bázi Fe byly syntetizovány metodou laserové pyrolýzy využívající reaktoru, ve kterém záření z CO2 laseru kolmo protíná proud plynové směsi obsahující Fe(CO)5, C2H2 a C2H4. Syntetizovaný prášek byl studován pomocí HRTEM, rtg. difrakce, Mossbauerovy spektroskopie a nízkoteplotních i vysokoteplotních magnetických měření. Syntetizovaný nanoprášek obsahoval alfa-Fe, Fe3O4/gama-Fe2O3 nanočástice v matrici pyrolytického uhlíku. V rtg. difraktogramu se ukázaly jen velmi široké difrakční píky. Velikost krystalitů d_RTG byla odhadnuta za použití Scherrerovy rovnice a byla rovna 1,8 nm pro alfa-Fe a 1,6 nm pro pyrolytický uhlík. Syntetizovaný nanoprášek byl superparamagnetický. Blokovací teplota byla určena ze ZFC křivky a rovnala se 32 K. Mossbauer-Lambův faktor f se při chlazení vzorku z 293 K na 4 K silně měnil. (cs)
  • Fe-based nanoparticles were prepared by laser pyrolysis method using a cross-flow reactor in which the CO2 laser radiation orthogonally crosses with the stream of Fe(CO)5, C2H2, and C2H4 gases. The as-synthesised powder was characterised by HRTEM, XRD, Mossbauer spectroscopy, and low- and high- temperature magnetic measurements. The as-synthesised powder consisted of alpha-Fe and Fe3O4/gamma-Fe2O3 nanoparticles embedded in a pyrolytic carbon matrix. The XRD pattern of the sample exhibited broad peaks. The crystallite size d_XRD was estimated using the Scherrer formula and it was 1.8 nm for alpha-Fe and 1.6 nm for pyrolytic carbon. The as-synthesised nanopowder was superparamagnetic. The blocking temperature was determined from the maximum of the ZFC curve and it was 32 K. The Mossbauer-Lamb factor f changed strongly by cooling from 293 K to 4 K.
