Description	Jsou studovány teplotní závislosti stejnosměrné el. vodivosti a teplotní a frekvenční závislosti komplexního elektrického modulu čistých skel As-Se-Te a skel dotovaných vzácnými zeminami. Skla vykazovala jediný mechanismus elektrické vodivosti s aktivační energií U=(0.80 plus/mínus 0.05) eV. Měření komplexního elektrického modulu potvrdila existenci pouze jedné fáze ve studovaných sklech. (cs) Temperature dependencies of the direct electrical conductivity as well as temperature and frequency dependencies of the complex electrical modulus for the pure As – Se - Te glasses and those doped by the rare earth (RE3+ )are reported. A single mechanism of electrical conductivity with the activation energy U=(0.80 plus/minus 0.05) eV has been found in reported systems. It follows from measurements of the complex modulus that studied glasses are mono-phase but they contain certain amount of physical defects.
