  • Cultures of 33 basidiomycete strains out of 35 tested were viable with unchanged characteristics after four years of maintenance on perlite in cryovials. These cultures can be a good substitute for agar cultures in long-term maintenance of fungi. For comparison, storage under oil was tested, but it turned out to be unsuitable for the majority of our cultures

  • I po 4 letech uchovávání na perlitu v kryozkumavkách bylo 33 z 35 kultur testovaných kmenů basidiomycetů životaschopných a jejich vlastnosti nebyly změněny. Tyto kultury mohou sloužit jako vhodná náhrada agarových kultur při dlouhodobém uchovávání hub. Pro srovnání bylo testováno uchovávání kultur na agaru pod minerálním olejem, ale to se ukázalo být pro většinu našich kultur jako nevhodné (cs)
