  • In this study we investigated in detail the effect of membrane potential on channel formation by ACT in black lipid bilayer membranes. We demonstrate that the sign of the voltage with respect to the addition of ACT determines the type of channels formed and their voltage dependence. Moreover, calcium ions in millimolar concentration were found to enhance the voltage-dependence of ACT-channels

  • V této práci jsme zkoumali efekt membránového potenciálu na tvorbu iontových kanálů ACT v tzv. černých lipidových membránách. Ukázali jsme, že napětí na membráně ovlivňuje typ toxinem-tvořeného kanálu. Ukázali jsme také, že přítomnost vápenatých iontů (které jsou nezbytné pro aktivitu ACT) ovlivňují napěťové charakteristiky kanálů tvořených toxinem (cs)
