  • Akutní selhání plic je doprovázeno zvýšenou produkcí endotheliálního chemokinu a vytlačení adhezních molekul, což může vést k extenzivní infiltraci neutrofilů. Navíc, destrukce alveolárního epithelu a kapilárního endothelu může vést k edému. Proto je důležité hledat nové protizánětlivé látky, které jsou schopné regulovat tyto parametry stejně jako poškození tkání. V práci je popsáno použití in vitro testů, založených na lidských endotheliálních buňkách, k detekci protizánětlivých a rány-hojících metabolitů ze sinic (cs)
