Δψ-citlivá fluorescenční ratiometrická sonda oxonol VI je vhodná pro kvantitativní měření Δψ (uvnitř negativního) generovaného rekonstituovanou H+-ATPasou, pH-sensitivní fluorescenční sonda pyranin byla použita pro kvantitativní měření pH uvnitř proteoliposomů. Tento modelový systém je vhodný pro současné měření obou složek elektrochemického gradientu protonů, Δψ a ΔpH (cs)

The Δψ-sensitive fluorescent ratiometric probe oxonol VI is suitable for quantitative measurements of inside-positive Δψ generated by the reconstituted H+-ATPase, pH-sensitive fluorescent probe pyranine was used for quantitative pH measurements inside the proteoliposomes.
