Description	Výsledky ukázaly, že peptidy byly bohaté na Pro a obsah Arg byl nižší ve srovnání s buněčnými liniemi. Statisticky významné rozdíly byly zjištěny zejména na pozicích uprostřed sekvence peptidů. Frekvence Glu byla zvýšená a Gln snížená v peptidech AS pacientů. Detailní analýza čistoty imunoizolovaných HLA molekul vyloučila, že by peptidy pocházely z jiné než HLA-B27 molekuly (cs) Results show that peptides are rich in Pro and the content of Arg is much lower in comparison with cell cultures. Statistically significant differences were detected in frequencies of a subset of amino acids, predominantly at positions in the middle of the peptides. The frequency of Glu was increased and Gln was decreased in peptides from AS patients.
