Description	Flue gas generated by combustion of biogas was used for cultivation of algae in an outdoor open thin-layer photobioreactor. A mathematical model for optimum supply of this CO2 into algal culture grown under various light intensity and temperature was proposed. Byl vypracován matematický model optimálního využití tohoto CO2 při kultivaci řas v závislosti na intenzitě slunečního svitu a kultivační teplotě. Přínosem navrženého využití spalinového CO2 je snížení jeho emise do ovzduší částečnou vazbou do organické hmoty řas a tím i snížení nákladů produkce řasové biomasy (cs)
